Yea Arts Inc. is an incorporated association. Under our Rules of Association we are governed by a Committee, responsible for management of the business of the association. The members of the Committee for 2025-26 are:

Adam Dennis (President and Secretary), Nicole Kelly (Vice-President), Jonathan Fisher (Treasurer), Alison Huth, Miranda Yorston, Vikki Menhennitt, and Ron Litjens.

The association is required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) within five months of the end of our financial year. We follow the standard Australian financial year, which ends 30 June. We hold our AGM near the end of October each year.

At that meeting we throw open all committee roles for election. Anyone can become a committee member or fill one of the Executive roles - you just need to be a financial member of Yea Arts Inc. You can become a member any time - it only takes a moment to click the Join Us link at the top of this page! The work of a committee member is not onerous - we meet monthly either in person or online, and participate when we can in activities like online marketing, putting up posters, or setting up for a show. We always need new committee members and Executives!

The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity to review Yea Arts' financial records for the year, to hear the President's report, and to ask questions of the Executive. It's a chance to socialise with other members, talk about the Arts, and think about the year ahead.
